LMLinemates

Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026

Linemates (“the app”) is made by Brandon Seager. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what’s needed to run your team, we don’t sell your data, and you can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

What we collect

We don’t collect your location, contacts, or browsing history, and we don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Who can see it

How we use it

Only to run the app: signing you in, showing your team its schedule and roster, delivering messages, and keeping the community safe. We don’t sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

We use Supabase to store app data and handle sign-in, and Resend to send sign-in emails. They process data only on our behalf. If we add advertising in a future version, we’ll update this policy first and ask for any permission iOS requires.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete it, open Profile → Delete Account in the app. That removes your profile, team memberships, replies and messages. Teams you created stay available to their other members. You can also email us to ask for a copy or deletion of your data.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access rules on our database stop people outside your team from reading your team’s information.

Children

Linemates is for people 13 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete the account.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
